Shipping and Returns Policy

At Cocoa Lilie, we take the necessary steps to ensure that your chocolates arrives in perfect condition. Once an order is confirmed, we take the following steps: to ensure your product is shipped with proper care to maintain their quality and tastes.
1. Confirm the receipt of your order via email.
2. Prepare your package.
3. Ship or arrange for local pick-up in Tampa, FL via e-mail.
4. Follow-up with a tracking number.

*We ship priority mail via UPS/FED-EX/USPS with ice pack as needed on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday
(if shipping day falls on a holiday then it will be shipped the next business day)
